Training Momentum manage a large facility to host your next training session or meeting. Our rooms offer you a professional and comfortable setting designed to maximise the training experience for your trainer and team.
We offer a variety of training and meeting rooms to suit your requirements, with an excellent IT setup, plenty of breakout space and study areas.
Our friendly team is on hand at any point throughout your sessions to assist with your enquiries, training support and IT needs. We strive to make your time here enjoyable and rewarding.

Aviation Industry - High Standards
Scorpion Learning Centre in conjunction with Training Momentum, have managed and hosted numerous airline training sessions since 2012. Located only ten minutes from Perth Airport, our centre is ideal for your aviation training needs. We have met the high audit standards required by the aviation industry and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA).
We also have an Aviation Life Raft available to conduct Wet Drills for Aviation personnel, in particular this is regularly utilised for initial and refresher training for Pilots and Cabin Crew.

Room Availability
Our training facilities are available from 7.30am-5.00pm from Monday to Friday. Weekend, evening and public holiday bookings* can also be arranged by prior agreement. Rooms can be configured in advance to suit your needs and trainer access can be granted prior to sessions by arrangement with the Training Momentum team.

- Computer, projector and audio (including simple ‘plug & play’ from your own USB/laptop)
- Internet (free & WIFI access for students)
- Whiteboard, pin boards and flip chart boards (including markers)
- Desks and chairs
- Photocopying and admin support also available if required

Mobility / Disability Access is Limited
Note: Training Rooms are located on the first floor.
Access is only available via a flight of stairs and may not be suitable for some clients with disabilities.
This premise does not currrently have a Llft or alternate access points (stairs only) for Mobility devices including wheelchairs.
Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, if requiring access and facilities for clients with mobility disabilities.
Other Services & Bookings...
Catering
Training Momentum offer an external professional catering service for your training. Our caterer delivers quality fresh platters daily - choose from their broad selection.
A large shared kitchen area is available, if you wish to cater or have trainees provide their own meals. Tea, Coffee, Milo and requisites (Cups, Sugar, Milk) are available all day and are included with your room hire rate.
Parking
Free onsite parking is available, but limitations may apply. We recommend car-pooling.
Administration Facilities
Telephone, office space, photocopying, printing and other office facilities are available to trainers and instructors by prior agreement.
Offices are also available for rent for short or long term (with or without facilities) - please contact us for details.
Storage
Secure short or long term storage is available onsite for your training equipment and resources.
Booking a Room
To book one or more of our training rooms, please contact one of our team on (08) 9358 2726. Confirmation of your booking is required two weeks before your training commences. Full payment is required before your training commences. Bookings are not confirmed until a valid purchase order is provided.
Pricing
Room hire pricing varies based on your requirements, a number of participants and length of hire. Please contact us to identify your needs and to receive a same-day quote. Payment options are direct credit to our bank account or via a credit card secure online portal.
*Weekend, evening and public holiday bookings generally incur a surcharge, which will be discussed prior to booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Room hire that is cancelled within 5 working days of the commencement date will incur a 15% management fee. Confirmed training with no attendance will incur a full fee payment.
